What Format is the guide In?
The guide is a PDF file that you download onto your phone. You will not have cell services inside the Fiery Furnace so this guide is designed to work in those conditions.
How many times can i download the guide?
Your purchase provides for three downloads within a seven day period. If you’re experiencing issues downloading the guide onto your device, email us here and we will email you a copy!
How Long Do I Have Access To The Guide?
Once you purchase the guide and download it onto your phone, it is yours to keep forever. We do occasionally update the guide to improve instructions so keep an eye out for a new version if you’re planning on hiking the Fiery Furnace in the future.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO VIEW THE GUIDE?
The guide can be viewed in any PDF reading app, but it is recommended that you use the free Adobe Reader for the most interactive experience. Click on your device to download the free Adobe PDF reader: iPhone or Android.

SHOULD I PRINT OUT THE GUIDE ON PAPER INSTEAD OF VIEWING IT ON MY PHONE?
We do not recommend that you print out the guide as a lot of the picture fidelity will be lost. When you print out the guide the photos of the landscape features will not be as identifiable. We recommend downloading the file to your phone to be able to zoom in on the photos to help guide you through the hike.

WHAT DOES YOUR 100% GUARANTEE COVER? WHAT IF I DIDN'T SECURE A PERMIT?
We will refund your purchase if you feel that the guide was not adequate in helping you navigate the maze and in finding the hidden arches. We cannot offer a refund if you were unable to secure the hiking permit which is why we recommend that you purchase the guide only after you have secured your hiking permit.

CAN I START HIKING ON MY OWN AND THEN OPEN THE GUIDE WHEN NEEDED?
We highly recommend that you open the guide and start using it at the trail head. It will be difficult to find your spot along the trail if you didn't follow the guide from the beginning. The start of the hike isn't obvious either and the guide will point you in the right direction! Rest assured that the guide is designed in stages with short descriptions which will allow you to put away the phone in between the stages and enjoy the hike.

IS THERE A LEARNING CURVE TO USING THE GUIDE? IF YES, THEN WHY?
Yes, a little bit. The Fiery Furnace landscape is a maze which is not easy to navigate much less describe! The first couple of stages are easier to navigate and they should give you a sense of how the guide is laid out for the following stages which are more challenging. The guide includes distances which are meant to be relative to each other as a way for you to know when the next stage starts!

How do I get the guide downloaded onto my IPhone?
Optional (but highly recommended): click here to install Adobe Reader for optimal user experience. Open the PDF and it will open in Safari Click the Share icon at the bottom Click Save to Files Then click On My Phone and the Adobe Reader will show up (if installed) and click that. Or, click iCloud Drive and it will save to your Files Folder. You will need to make sure you then download again from there while you still have wifi or cell service.

How do I get the guide downloaded onto my ANDROID phone?
